Pool Sessions

Have a pool? I can hold your private training sessions in the water! Water workouts provide the added challenge of natural resistance while removing the strain that exercise can sometimes place in the joints. Up to groups of 4. Cost is $100/Session or 10 sessions for $700.

*Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Late Cancellation will result in loss of a session.
