On Deck....Susan's #March20dayReset

If you’re like me, all it takes is a holiday (Valentine’s Day), a couple GNOs, or a Spring Break vacay, and my sugar cravings are right back where they were on January 1. Rather than beating yourself up, it’s simply time to Reset. All of those things we do with our circle, our people, our community, are an integral part of living a healthy lifestyle. There is no reason to feel bad. But, as soon as you recognize that your cravings are back, its time to once again, make healthy choices a priority.

But, I know it’s hard. Having a coach, a motivator, an accountability partner, an experienced knowledgeable fitness professional at your fingertips while you Reset, is the key to being successful. In my #20dayReset, I will hold your hand through the tough times sharing my 35 years of experience and knowledge so that you will be motivated to stay on track and create new, lasting, healthy habits. My recipes and meal plans are delicious and easy. Your family will approve and NOT accuse you of feeding them “diet food”. If you stick with me for 20 days and watch the content daily (via Marco Polo), I guarantee you will feel great once you put my tips into practice.

Years and years ago I could drop those extra 5 pounds by Friday night. An extra workout or one fewer cheeseburger would do the trick. And, I felt pretty good most of the time. Nothing that a 10-hour nap couldn’t fix. Now that I am 53, all that has changed. I look in the mirror and see the youthfulness that I have taken for granted slipping away. My focus has shifted and I am more concerned with longevity and feeling good each day than fitting into my skinny jeans by Friday night. At the age of 53, I do feel great! My health is fantastic and I feel like there is nothing I cannot do. I want to preserve it and I want to share how great it feels with the world. I know what it takes and I know it’s hard. I am not perfect, but I do know how to get back on track - to Reset. Won’t you let me show you how??

My next #20dayReset begins March 22, 2020. The first week we will be cooking daily and learning a lot of nutritional fundamentals. As we progress, I will teach you how to Meal Plan, Shop and Meal Prep. You may follow along daily with me, or you may listen and learn and apply to your life when its convenient. All I ask is that you listen to the content daily. By the end you will have learned what new studies have shown about whats important to our health.
