For over 20 years, she has witnessed poor eating habits sabotage so much hard work in the gym. Now, Susan spends time on (some say hand holding) her clients to create better habits that will finally help them reach their goals. Through my reset programs, groups can be coached, educated, and encouraged daily. Or, for a more personalized approach which includes meal plans, workouts, tips which are unique to one individual, she offers one-on-one coaching as well.
